Solarly ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Solarly Network LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Solarly is an AI-readiness audit and digital networking platform. We analyze websites for machine-readability, generate structured deliverables (e.g., llms.txt, ai-agents.json), and provide visibility scoring for LLM crawlers. Solarly is not a solar energy company and does not sell or install photovoltaic equipment.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, scraping at volumes that degrade performance, or uploading harmful content.
Certain Services require payment. Fees are disclosed at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content, branding, and software on Solarly are owned by Solarly Network LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audits will improve search rankings or LLM visibility. Audit scores are advisory and should not be considered legal or technical guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solarly Network LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
