Solarly Labs · About

Nicholas Lee builds the systems, then keeps them running.

Solarly Labs is a one-person studio: design, engineering, and applied AI in the same pair of hands. The work spans websites and product surfaces, search and AI visibility, workflow automation, and the integrations that hold it together — usually for owners who need something shipped and maintained, not a deck about it.

One operator, small book of work

You talk to the person building it. Nothing is handed to a junior team, and the number of active projects stays deliberately small.

Measured, not asserted

Where a claim can be measured, it gets measured and timestamped. Where it can't, it gets stated as an opinion instead of dressed up as data.

Honest maturity labels

Every project in the registry says whether it's available, in pilot, a lab experiment, or a proof of capability. Nothing is presented as more finished than it is.

Automation with the decisions visible

Machines do the mechanical part. Judgement stays with a person, and there's a record of what ran.

What I take on

Build

Websites, product surfaces, and identity — designed, structured, and built to be understood by people and machines alike.

Grow

Measured visibility across search and AI answers, plus the published proof that makes a recommendation defensible.

Automate

Workflows, assistants, and agent interfaces that remove manual steps while keeping every decision inspectable.

Integrate

Payments, commerce, and system-to-system contracts wired with idempotency, verification, and an audit trail.
